This is a meditation session that will help you start off your day feeling positive and uplifted, and to have a sense of calm and centeredness all throughout your entire day. You will be able to better connect with yourself, and your surroundings, and be able to deal with any situation that comes your way. Aware, and present.
I recommend listening on headphones, first thing when you wake up in the morning.
