How to increase brain capacity from 5% to 40%
The average person accesses just 5 percent of their brain capacity on a daily basis. Five percent doesn’t seem like enough to me. What if you could increase that number?
Some people have figured it out. In fact, after speaking to the head of the Harvard Brain Institute I learned that high achievers use 20 percent of their brain capacity and Olympic gold medalists can access 40 percent. What is it that these elite performers have that the typical person doesn’t have? It’s so simple. Yet, nearly everyone fails to do it.
