My Morning Routine to Achieve Mental Clarity, Motivation and Social Freedom

Morning routines can be very powerful and applicable, in my opinion, if they are short, succinct and consist of effective tasks that set the day up right.
I have experimented with a number of routines throughout my journey, but this is one that I have been applying to my life every single day.
The Tasks:
1. Glass of Water
2. Morning Exercises: 20 Push Ups, 20 Sit Ups, 20 Squats.
3. 3 Gratitudes to reinforce Positivity
4. Mantra (Changes depending on goals)
5. Cold Shower
6. Position of Power
