Join me as I guide you through the essential start of a Feldenkrais lesson. This is often done lying on the floor, but it can also be done standing or sitting. In this case the floor acts as a mirror and can provide you with a greater sense of your own physical self. I always begin my Feldenkrais sessions with a body scan, which is repeated throughout the lesson and particularly at the end when you are able to discover how much you have changed.
