Whenever you feel you need to relax and wind down, this sequence is for you. This could be in the evening, but also in the morning, or during a lunch break. Release tension from the hips and shoulders and rejuvanate with a leg up the wall pose at the end. Highly recommended if you want to slow down your mind and relax your body.
